This early morning yogic practice was an opportunity to alleviate, balance and preserve our body's vital energy. It helped us to adapt to the energetic changes that happen during this time of transition.

I arrived in the dark and did kundalini yoga while the sun came up and I felt so alive it was one of the best things ever it was nice to end the session with yogi tea and breakfast with lovely souls.
Exercising in nature is just so different. And this morning was very connecting because of early hours. Loved biscuits and tea after that.
