Kundalini Realm and the pain management clinic: Light and Sound Meditation February 7th Ham Manor Golf Club

This month we are pleased to announce our first in-partnership meditation with the knowledgeable pain managment team in nearby Angmering. For February only, we will be based in the Ham Manor Golf club and not Heene Community Centre. We are excited to combine the powerful meditative effects of the team's Lucia Lamp number 3 into our sound meditation. We will be running two sessions on Saturday February 7th at 2pm and 4pm. Spaces are limited and you can book by calling Laura, Rob and Rich at the golf club. This is a great opportnuity to blend two powerful relaxation and healing techniques and to explore the effect of sound and light waves together.
